Coverage

Floorplans North is based in Yorkshire but covers the whole of the UK.

We now offer a range of service levels to suit the speed with which you require plans returned:

Service options
	Regular service Typically 3-5 day turnaround, depending upon property size and access availablility. A balanced option suitable for most instructions.
	Green discount days / late availability offers For smaller sites, if we can combine our site visit with another that day, we offer half price on our motorway travel. Best value for London area! Typically we have available appointments 2 days most weeks around London, 1 day per week in the Midlands & North, and 1 day per fortnight in Southern and Eastern England and Wales.
	Express service Plans available within 2-3 working days, for when plans required in a hurry, or visits need scheduling outside normal working hours. 50% more expensive than our regular service
	Economy 20% discount on square footage rates for plans when final plans are not needed urgently following a site visit.
	Large area service For large area sites we can charge on a time basis. For large warehouse and retail sites this may provide a significant discount on out regular fees.

Our North of England coverage extends from Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire up to Cumbria and Tyne & Wear. This includes Yorkshire, Cheshire, Lancashire & Derbyshire, and the cities of Leeds, Manchester, York, Sheffield, Nottingham, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Liverpool, Hull and Lancaster. This also cover the North Wales coast as far as Conwy.

Our Southern coverage includes London and the Home Counties, Bristol and the West, Birmingham and the Midlands, Cambridge and the East, and Wales.

We can also cover much of Scotland, subject to travel fees.

Our green discount days service is limited by availability of suitable instructions for combining appointments. Typically we can offer suitable appointments on 2 days per week around London, one day per week across the Midlands and Northern England, and one day per fortnight in most other regions. We do not take bookings for this service from Scotland, Northumberland, Cornwall and Dorset, but as an alternative we can take bookings on a standby basis which we will then combine with other suitable appointments on route to help reduce travel costs.

Where ferry fees, bridge fees, congestion charging, parking fees and the like are incurred, these will be passed on. (Excludes M6 toll).
