This is our economical layout plan drawing service, providing good value where cost is important. One of our trained operators will visit the property and create a layout sketch including windows, doors and room dimensions. From this a layout plan will be drawn on computer, and forwarded to you in a format suitable for internet or brochure publishing.

Please note, these plans are intended as rough guides to layout. They are only suitable for properties under 2000 sq. ft of a straight forward design. For all other properties, we recommend our Silver Standard Floor Plans to you.
